Can Isaac feed from your character(s): y/n
Can Isaac figure out what your character/s is/are: he has enhanced sight, scent and taste and he's been around a lot of supernatural things so he knows what things are.
Can Isaac 'charm' your character(s): charming usually involves maintaining eye and physical contact to render the victim into a suggestible state so that he can feed from them.  They have either no memory of the event or chalk it up to a dream as his saliva heals the wound.  I'm totally fine with negotiating this and what they remember so long as he isn't outed right away.  Isaac charms everyone he feeds from unless he has specifically asked if he can feed from them
Can Isaac learn anything from their blood: during feeding there are flashes of emotion, quick glimpses of memory if they're strong enough but mostly what he learns about is species ie human, werewolf, supernatural or not and any medical conditions if they're physical in nature ie cancer, heart problems.
Anything I should know: just things that are relevant

note: Isaac won't feed from the very young or old or those who look ill.  If he feeds then finds out someone has a medical condition he'll stop.
